I co-founded Experience Matters at 21 with Mahnaz Yusaf to bring Design Thinking into everyday interactions.
I worked on public sector digital transformation projects across the UK.
I worked in the Fraud, Error and Debt team as one of 5 Service Designers across the whole organisation working towards shifting the culture and ways of working in central government.
I was the Community Manager and Service Designer leading the InnovateUK’s Smart Cities Demonstrator Project in Manchester, as well as understanding the relationship between technology, art and science.
As Programme Manager I designed the programme for social entrepreneurs to help make their businesses a success.
I ran a tech co-working space in Manchester to help build. support and grow a community.
